Where does Sapplo currently offer services?
We currently provide on-site plant care and deliveries in & around Kharadi, Pune. We’ll be expanding to more areas soon – follow our social channels for updates.
What kind of services does Sapplo offer?
Sapplo offers both on-demand one-time visits and monthly subscription plans for ongoing garden maintenance. We also deliver plants, pots, soil mixes, compost, fertilisers, and other consumables to your doorstep.
What is included in a typical service visit?
Each visit includes pruning and shaping, soil loosening, watering, fertilisation, pest control, and general clean-up or styling. Additional consumables such as soil mix or sprays are billed separately unless covered by your plan.
How do I book a service?
You can book directly through our website or app. Choose your preferred service type, share your address and preferred slot, and confirm payment — or select cash-on-delivery (COD) if available.
Do you offer free consultations or audits?
Yes! We offer a free garden audit in & around Kharadi, Pune to assess your space, plant health, and care needs before you select a plan or service.
How do Sapplo’s subscription plans work?
Our subscription plans include 1–2 visits per month, depending on the plan. We handle all routine maintenance and seasonal care.
Plans are billed quarterly or annually in advance and automatically renewed unless cancelled with 5 days’ notice.
What payment options are available?
You can pay online via secure payment gateways or choose cash-on-delivery (COD) for services and product orders.
What happens if I miss a scheduled visit?
If you’re unavailable during the scheduled time, just inform us — we’ll reschedule your visit at a convenient time with no extra charge.
How are product deliveries managed?
Products are delivered within 2–3 working days in & around Kharadi, Pune. You’ll receive WhatsApp and app notifications for every update. If you are unavailable, our team will reach out to reschedule the delivery.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please report any damage or mismatch within 48 hours of delivery along with photos. We will replace or refund it as per our Refund Policy.
Do you guarantee plant survival or growth?
While we provide professional care using best horticultural practices, plant health depends on factors like sunlight, watering, and environment. We can’t guarantee outcomes beyond our control.
