Refund & Return
At Sapplo, we take pride in offering high-quality plants, pots, soil mixes, compost, and gardening essentials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds, replacements, and returns work for products and consumables.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or replacement requests if:
The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Consumables (such as soil, compost, manure, fertilizers, and sprays) are non-returnable once opened or used, due to their perishable and hygiene-sensitive nature.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Used or unsealed consumables (soil, compost, manure, fertilizer).
Products showing signs of improper use, handling, or storage after delivery.
Refund or Replacement Process
Once your return request is approved, we may offer either a replacement product or a refund based on stock availability.
Refunds (if applicable) are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
Replacement items are dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting care@sapplo.com
Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not possible; however, you can request a return as per Section 1.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Share photos or videos of the product and packaging.
3. Our team will review and arrange a pickup or replacement.
How to Raise a Request
You can initiate a return, replacement, or refund by:
Emailing care@sapplo.com with your order ID, issue details, and photos.
Exceptions
Sapplo reserves the right to decline refund or replacement requests if:
The product has been used, damaged after delivery, or altered.
Requests are made beyond the 48-hour reporting period.
