At Sapplo, we’re committed to delivering reliable, on-time plant care services and product deliveries in & around Kharadi, Pune. This policy explains how scheduling, delivery, and logistics are managed for our customers in this area.
Designed For Urban Homes
Sapplo’s on-site plant care and delivery services are currently available only in & around Kharadi, Pune.
Bookings made from outside this area will be reviewed and confirmed subject to service feasibility and additional logistics charges (if applicable).
Service Visit Scheduling
On-Demand Services: Once booked, our team will confirm your visit date and time within 24 hours.
Subscription Visits: Monthly or fortnightly maintenance sessions are pre-scheduled as per your plan and shared in advance.
You’ll receive reminders and visit updates via WhatsApp, email, or app notifications.
Visits may be rescheduled due to weather or unforeseen conditions, with alternate slots provided at no extra cost.
Product Delivery
Sapplo delivers pots, plants, soil, compost, and other gardening consumables to addresses in & around Kharadi, Pune.
Standard delivery time is 2–3 working days after order confirmation.
You’ll be notified when your order is shipped and when it’s out for delivery.
Delivery Process
Deliveries are made by Sapplo’s in-house team or verified local delivery partners.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
If a delivery attempt fails due to unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule at a convenient time — no additional charges will apply.
Inspection & Reporting
Kindly inspect your products (plants, pots, or consumables) upon delivery.
Report any damage, defect, or mismatch within 48 hours, with photos, to qualify for a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.
Once accepted, products are considered successfully delivered.
Delays & Weather Conditions
We do our best to maintain timelines; however, delivery or service may be delayed due to rain, traffic, or local access issues. Any delays will be communicated promptly, and a new slot will be scheduled.
