1. Overview
Sapplo provides professional plant care, garden maintenance, and landscape services designed for residential and corporate clients. Our offerings include both On-Demand Visits and Subscription-based Care Plans.
By booking a service with Sapplo, you agree to the following terms and service conditions.
2. Service Categories
a. On-Demand Services
Our one-time visit options (Quick Refresh, Deep Revival, Premium Balcony Refresh, etc.) are designed for short-term or occasional plant maintenance.
Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon payment.
Duration and scope are approximate and may vary depending on plant condition and access.
Consumables such as soil mix, cocopeat, compost, manure, pots, or decorative elements are billed separately unless explicitly included.
Custom garden or vacation care projects are billed on an hourly basis, subject to client approval.
b. Subscription Services
Our Sapplo Care Plans (Essential, Enhanced, Bloom, Signature) offer continuous maintenance and support for your green spaces.
Subscriptions include scheduled visits as per plan frequency (1–2 per month).
Plans are billed quarterly in advance and automatically renewed unless cancelled with written notice (see Section 6).
Additional materials beyond the plan inclusions (new pots, décor, or plant replacements) are billed separately.
Annual payment options are eligible for applicable discounts mentioned at the time of subscription.
3.Scheduling & Access
Service visits are scheduled in advance based on mutual availability.
Clients must ensure access to the garden or balcony area during scheduled hours.
Missed visits due to inaccessibility will be rescheduled subject to slot availability.
4. Consumables & Materials
Sapplo uses high-quality, eco-friendly materials for all maintenance and planting work.
Consumables not covered under a plan (e.g., new pots, pebbles, fertilizers, décor items) will be billed separately after prior confirmation.
Clients who prefer to use their own materials may do so. In such cases, Sapplo will utilize the provided products to deliver the requested service
5. Plant Health & Guarantee
Sapplo’s services focus on improving and maintaining plant health through best horticultural practices.
Plant growth depends on multiple factors (light, air circulation, watering between visits, weather conditions). While we ensure professional care, Sapplo cannot guarantee survival or growth in all cases.
In the event of recurring plant issues, our team will recommend suitable replacements or corrective actions.
6. Payment & Cancellations
Payments for on-demand sessions are due before or at the time of service.
Subscription plans can be billed quarterly or annually in advance – whichever works best for you.
Cancellations for on-demand visits must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.
Subscription cancellations require atleast 5 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds (if any) are processed for unutilized future services only; completed visits are non-refundable.
7. Safety & Liability
Our team follows safety and hygiene standards while working on-site.
Sapplo is not liable for any structural or property damage arising from pre-existing conditions, improper installations, or misuse of irrigation systems.
Clients are advised to keep fragile items, pets, and valuables away from the working area during visits.
8. Data & Communication
Client information (address, contact number, photos, and plant data) is used solely for service coordination and record keeping.
Sapplo may share plant care updates and promotions through WhatsApp or email; clients may opt out anytime.
9. Feedback & Dispute Resolution
We value your feedback and are always here to help. If you ever have a concern or need support after a visit, please reach out to us anytime — our team will be happy to assist.
Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to Pune jurisdiction.
