“Welcome to Sapplo! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, products, and services.”
By booking a service, subscribing to a plan, or purchasing any product from Sapplo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Sapplo provides:
On-Demand Plant Care (one-time visits includes essential plant care activities such as pruning, soil aeration, watering, fertilisation, pest management, and general balcony clean-up or styling to maintain plant health and appearance as per care plan chosen)
Subscription Plans (Scheduled monthly plant care and maintenance, including pruning, soil conditioning, fertilisation, and pest management.)
Product Sales (plants, pots, soil, compost, fertilizers, and iher consumables)
These offerings are available to residential, commercial, and community clients across our active service areas.

2. Account & Communication

To book or subscribe, users may need to create an account with accurate contact details.
You consent to receive updates, reminders, and service notifications via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or app push notifications.
You may update preferences or unsubscribe from promotional messages at any time.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings and product purchases are confirmed upon receipt of payment or selection of a cash-on-delivery (COD) option, where available.
Payments can be made online through secure payment gateways integrated into our website or app, or in cash upon service completion or product delivery.
Sapplo also offers free garden audit checks for new clients to assess plant health, space suitability, and service requirements before recommending a plan or visit.
For subscription clients, billing is quarterly or annually in advance, based on the chosen plan.
Pricing may vary depending on the scope of service, location, and materials used.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations for on-demand services must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Subscription cancellations require 5 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Refunds for products, pots, and consumables follow Sapplo’s Refund Policy, available at www.sapplo.com/refund-return-policy.
Refunds are not applicable for completed visits or used products.

5. Service Access & Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the garden, balcony, or terrace area during scheduled visits.
Sapplo is not responsible for plant health deterioration caused by neglect, environmental factors, or use of non-approved materials between visits.
Clients providing their own materials understand that Sapplo will use them as instructed, and results depend on their quality and suitability.

6. Products & Deliveries

Products are subject to availability and may vary slightly in color, texture, or shape due to natural variations.
Delivery timelines are estimated and may change based on logistics, weather, or stock.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund review.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Sapplo website and app – including text, designs, logos, and images – is the intellectual property of Sapplo and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in delivering high-quality services and products, Sapplo shall not be liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from delays, plant loss, or improper handling beyond our control.
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Privacy & Data Use

Sapplo’s use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
We collect minimal data required for bookings, payments, and communication, and protect it using secure systems.

10. Modifications & Updates

Sapplo may modify these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect service updates, policy changes, or legal requirements. Updated terms will be posted on our website and app.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with Sapplo’s services, products, or transactions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
